• All returned and exchanged item should be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. We will not be able to refund you full amount if the item is returned without original jewelry box. $8.99 will be charged for missing of box.

• All exchanges and returns must be sent back insured with a tracking number.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, and the name of the affected product. We will respond to you as quickly as possible. All damaged and defective items can replaced for a new one within 1 MONTHS upon receipt.

A: For protection of the jewelry, we strongly recommend customers to take the bracelet off when taking a shower or spraying perfume.
Q: Are there any unique features of the stones?
A: As the majority of the materials we use are natural stones, they may have unique textures, patterns and veining that are not identical.
Q: What’s the size of the bracelet?
A: It is important to have the correct size before placing an order with LAMENO. Please refer to the specific item page for size info. Also, we have the instruction of how to measure your wrist size on top of the webpage. If you have special size request, please contact us before you place your order.
Q: How often do you develop new product designs?
A: We usually update new products once a month. Under some circumstances, we may release some limited editions like holiday edition.
Q: Are your items re-orderable?
A: Yes, all items are re-orderable except for the limited editions. Re-order items will take about 7-15 business days to be mailed out.
Q: What happens if I put the wrong address and didn't receive my order?
A: Before we ship out the product, you can always email us to let us know if you want to change your address. Please notice that we will not be able to refund your order if the product is not received because of incorrect address provided. We will refund your order if undelivered order is returned to our facility.
Q: My order is a gift for someone, can you include a note or card in my package?
A: If your order is a gift for someone and you are having us shipped it directly to the recipient, we will very happy to include a note in your package for you. Just let us know who the gift is for and what would you like the note to say when you place your order.
Q: I don't like the elastic cord, can you change to another cord?
A: Elastic cord can be substituted for non-stretchy round nylon cords. We will match the color of nylon cords with your jewelry. It is adjustable. However, elastic used in pearls are not changeable because pearls have small holes that nylon cords can not go through.
