We like the necklace and appreciate the handwritten note and smaller chain size for my 9 year old daughter, but the heart charm is bit bigger than I expected and keeps flipping to the side unlike the other Star charm necklace that I own. Wish the charm was fixed in place to either side of the chain so it stayed straight instead of laying sideways when worn.
