SHIPPING

USA Orders: 

• SHIPPING IS FREE on orders over $50. 

• We ship all packages through USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number.
• Because our jewelry are all handmade, please allow 3-5 business days to ship your order.
• The shipping normally takes about 3-5 business days within the states. Please allow extra days for shipping when some situations happen, holidays, festivals, weather, etc. 
• If you need faster shipping, please select other shipping services that provide faster shipping. 
• PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking is shown delivered. 

International Orders: 

• SHIPPING IS FREE on orders over $200 internationally. The shipping rate is depending on your choice of carrier and service. 
• We ship all packages through USPS First Class International Package with a tracking number.
• Buyers will be responsible for any taxes, custom charges, duties and/or import fees.
• All address should be in English. 
• We will declare the full value of all items on the customs form and mark it as gift. 
• The shipping of international orders takes about 2-4 weeks and varies by destinations. 
• Shipping date may take extra days occasionally. Your package may get stuck in customs. Please note we can not be responsible for these delays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or whatever courier service was used. LA MENO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. *Please note that if the customers did not purchase Route Protection for their orders, we will not refund or resend the package if the package is lost. 

DUTIES & TAXES: 

When you order products from LA MENO for delivery outside The United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the products reach their destination. Any customs charges must be borne by you. LA MENO has no control over such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please also be aware that when you order products from LA MENO for delivery outside The United States, you are considered the importer of record. You must ensure that the products you order comply with all laws, restrictions and regulations of the country in which you are receiving them. Your privacy is important to us and our international customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
